Hello there ,

Hope you are doing well. See,with a score of 554 getting a medical college through Maharashtra state quota counselling seems a bit difficult for you. As of now the All India Counselling and the state counselling have not commenced so we can't tell the exact cut-offs but we can predict them on the basis of last year's cut-offs .

In 2020,the cutoff score for a government medical college for an OBC category was 570 with a closing AIR of 35,854. This year too the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally.

However you can try for private medical colleges if you wish to,you'll definitely get a seat .

Here,I'll provide you with a link through which you can view the past year cutoffs of various colleges through State quota counselling in Maharashtra:

Also I'll provide you with a link where you can get to know about all the details of various medical colleges in Maharashtra like fee structure, infrastructure etc.

Hello aspirant,

Congrats for scoring so good marks in NEET 2021 but I am very sorry to inform you that these marks are not enough to take admission in MBBS from a government college from any state in India. To take admission in government MBBS, you have to score 600+ in NEET .

You can take admission in private MBBS or government BDS in Maharashtra at so good scores.

You can also take admission in BAMS from NIA and BHU.

Here is a list of few private MBBS colleges in Maharashtra

  1. DYMC, Pune
  2. Kasturba health societys mahatma Gandhi Institute of medical science.
  3. MGM medical college, aurangabad.

All the best!!
