570 out of 720 in Neet 2020 means your expected rank would be around 16000 to 18000 and the expected percentile would be around 98.63 to 99.13. Now the score depends on various factors and the cutoffs do change every year. In general, 580 is a good score to try for All India quota. You can check the cutoffs of various government medical colleges through all India quota here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges You can expect a good government medical colleges in your State quota. I would suggest you to use our Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer Get your personalized report of colleges you nay get based on your expected score and rank in the exam.
