But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

With a score of 571,it isn't possible for you get a government medical college through AIQ,you atleast needed to score 610+ .

From your profile,I see that your domicile state is Gujarat.In Gujarat , in 2020 the cutoff score for a government MBBS seat was 583 and a closing AIR of 28,832 for general category.

This year too the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar though slight variation might be seen . So,if you belong to general category,there are very less chances for you to get a government MBBS seat.

Coming to the query, you got 571 marks out of 720  first of all congratulations forgetting such a good score. To get into a medical college through NEET , a candidate needs to score at least 500 marks out of 720. Scoring 500 or above will ensure that you get into a good college through NEET. However, with NEET being the only entrance for UG admissions.
