Last year Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai closed at an AIR of 1458 with the marks 602 for the State Quota students. According to this year's trends and rank predictors, your All India Rank (considering you're UR) will be 900-1900 which is the exact spot you need to get into the college. If the range is towards the 1000-1200 AIR spot you're quite sure to get a seat. But don't be disheartened if it's the late 1500-1600s as in the year 2017-18 the closing rank was yet lower (about 2900) and the marks only 599.
Thank you and all the best for your future.
Do accept my heartiest congratulations on securing such a marvellous score of 604 in NEET 2019.
Before answering your question, let's look at te stats of the previous years' in order to have a rough idea about your selection in Seth G.S.
2018:
UR cutoff marks for SQ : 602
2017:
UR cutoff marks for SQ : 599
Analysing these 2 statistics, we can easily say that your marks are above the required cutoff, but does that ensure your 100% guarantee ?
Well, NO.
This year's NEET was actually a kind of brainstorming because of :
1. Easier level of paper
2. Huge rise in number of Examinees
Owing to these 2 facts, it's predicted that the cutoff this year is going to raise the bar, and such your chances of getting Seth G.S. would turn out to be bleak.
Let's hope for the best. Even if you don't get Seth G.S., there are many wonderful colleges right in the heart of the city. You will surely get them.
Hope you get my point.
All the Best !
