95% is a good score. Since you have completed your class 12 from science stream you can either continue with science or change over to arts. Getting admission will depend on the stream and subjects you wish to pursue. Certain subjects admission is conducted through the merit-based system wherein the best of four subjects average is calculated while certain subjects fall under the category of an entrance test. All the colleges affiliated to DU will release their individual cutoff lists.

You can first conduct a thorough research on the subject you wish to study and then apply for the same after the applications are released.
