That is decent score and actually a very good score to be very honest. But anything cannot be said about this, because this is the first time that AIIMS, JIPMER are all merged into NEET entrance examination. So the exact cutoffs cannot be predicted. But hopefully this will be the decent score and will be able to give you a seat in AIIMS college.

Surabhi, 650-705 is an amazing score. Good job on all the hardwork that you are putting. Now this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admissions through NEET score. And admission to AIIMS for Delhi and all its branches will be conducted through All India Counselling. Now all this while, AIIMS conducted its own exam and the total marks was for 200 while NEET is for 720. While AIIMS released its results in the form of percentiles, NEET releases its results in the form of marks. And unlike NEET which has only Physics, Chemistry and Biology, AIIMS had GK and English sections. And usually AIIMS has cut offs above 98.75 for General Category. Now if we roughly transkate that  out of 720, it is approximately 675-700. So if you can continue to put up the hard work and ensure you score the same marks in NEET exam as well, there should not be any reason why you wouldn't get AIIMS Delhi. But we have to tell you that Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Inspite of all the calculations, a score of 650-705 can get you a seat in AIIMS, Delhi. Good luck:)

see 705 is really excellent score for neet ug exam, till 2019 aiims and jipmer has separate entrance test for neet, so thats why we donot have neet cutoff score for aiims, however cutoff score depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix , students category etc. so you should work really hard and keep practicing different years questions paper, since you all have got the extra timing , give your best. you score is decent and if you can keep that same score you may get chances in government medical colleges of delhi.
