Hii...
For online I would advise you to go for some standard platform where you can get standard information such as Coursera, edX or udacity they provide some of the best courses from Ivy universities. They have paid and free services and very much affordable. I think doing such online courses is better than a distance program as we yet to have better distance programs for such courses so I prefer you take online courses from these platforms rather than doing an invaluable distance course.

Hi Anup,
As you are looking for a masters degree course in system security and you are giving preference to online or distance courses, in that case, I would like to suggest you to go for MIT open courseware https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-858-computer-systems-security-fall-2014/ or you can also visit http://www.openculture.com/computer_science_free_courses here you find many courses related to your query offered by best faculties from prominent institutes and the mode of learning through audio and video lectures. Usually masters degree such as M.Tech in this domain comes under technical education and for your knowledge technical education through distance mode is not valid in India.
Hello Anup,
If you really want to prefer a master course in security then you can go with M.tech in Cyber Security. Along with M.Tech I suggest you go for a certification like CEH or CCNA-Security or Red Hat Server Hardening (RH413) and also keep practicing and enhancing your skills in this field. You can go through with some online training course which are free of cost.
