I am SEBC but my income is more than 8 lakhs. In CED form i have mentioned SEBC. Is Non creamy layer neccessary for SEBC?

Hello Atharva,

The creamy layer or the non-creamy layer certificate is issued to the people belonging to the OBC community based on their socio-economic status. As per the eligibility, The annual income of the Applicant’s parents should not exceed Rs.8 Lakhs.
