I am sikh my cet rank is 239 (BBA)IP, However i will not be able to verify my minority documents , and they are not offering me any choices.

Your rank is very good and if you dont jse minority documents, you will still get good collge.
I think you should go for good college of ip whether you get in first counselling list or not. Or else wait for second list.

You want to take admission in which college according to that rearrange your preference list.
