Hello dear student,

Yes sure , now it's better and we can help you with your query. The pattern of Neet will remain same that is you will get 45 questions in physics section you will get 45 question in chemistry section and you will get 90 questions in biology section. The total marks of the paper is 720 and you will get marks like that only. and as you asking your previous question if there will be assertion reason in NEET 2020 saathiya student do not be worried about the pattern will be same as previous year neet . There will be no assertion reason type questions. As there is no announcement  by NTA which is the conducting body of Neet that they will be changed in the pattern of Neet. I hope this information is helpful for you

Best wishes
