The last year's cut off for Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada was 554 for General Category. The cut off marks change every year depending on the percentile score, tie breaking criteria, etc. But the last year's cut off is usually referred to estimate the current year's cut off marks. Looking at the last year's cut off you have a good chance of admission in this college for MBBS under General Category.

No need to be confused. General, Open and Unreserved category are one and the same. The cut off mentioned for this college is in overall state quota i.e. 554 marks. So u have chances of admission in this college even if it is in SVU region.
