i am srinnivas age 45 resident of hyderabad studied ITI ( R&TV) and now i want to LAW ( LLB ) sir can you please tell me that am i elegible

yes you are eligible for pursuing LLB.  General eligibility criteria for llb is:  candidate must score minimum of 45% marks in graduation and for reserved category minimum score is 40%.  and after that you must have appeared in any of the enterance test such as DU entrance test/ LSAT/ CLAT/ AILET/ MH CET etc

I am giving you a general and minimum criteria which is required to study law in 3 year LLB in India. Also this serves as an overview about 3 year law.

The minimum eligibility criteria for L.L.B. course is listed below:

Successful completion of graduation in any discipline.

Minimum 45% marks in graduation are required for general category and 40% for reserved categories.

There is also a criterion for minimum marks required in graduation which may vary from institute to institute.

There is no age limit for taking admission in this course.

There are several entrance tests for admission in 3 year law.Admission to LLB course is generally done on the basis of entrance exams conducted either on a national level or institute-wise. A list of entrance exams for admission to the course has been mentioned below:

CLAT- Common Law Entrance Test is conducted by National Law Universities for admissions to LLB courses.

LSAT- Law School Admission Test is a globalized entrance test and many Indian universities consider its score for LLB admission.

AILET- All India Law Entrance Test is conducted by National Law University, Delhi

LAWCET- Law Common Entrance Test is conducted by colleges and universities in Andhra Pradesh for admission to LLB programs

After completing LLB course, one can opt for following job profiles:

Legal Advisor

Advocate

Public Prosecutor

Teacher or Lecturer

Legal Manager

Legal Services Chief

TS PGLCET is the entrance for Post Graduate studies in Law. Eligibility is that you need to possess LLB/BL 3 years or 5 year degree as on the date when applying for TSLAWCET exam. Since you do not have an undergraduate degree in Law you are not eligible for it.
