Hello Aspirant. First of all, congratulations for clearing JEE Mains successfully and getting qualified for writing JEE Advanced. It seems you are interested to take admission at IIT Delhi and I wish you all the best for that.
Since you are a ST candidate, your Category Rank of JEE Advanced will be taken into consideration for admission through JoSAA Counselling. If you refer to previous years' data, you will find, in 2020, a ST category candidate was required to achieve Category Rank 887 - 664 to get admission to any non-core branch in IIT, Delhi. Furthermore, to get admission in core engineering branches, your rank must be below 400.
On the other hand, in order to get chance to grab a seat for Computer Science and Engineering , your result must be exceptionally good as the competition is high and cutthroat for that stream. In 2020, the Cutoff Rank prescribed for ST-Female candidates for CSE was just 32.
I have provided the list of cutoff rank prescribed for core engineering branches in IIT, Delhi below:
- B.Tech Civil Engineering - 2020 Cutoff - 235
- B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering - 2020 Cutoff 32
- B.Tech Electrical Engineering - 2020 Cutoff 192
- B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - 2020 Cutoff 365
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering - 2020 Cutoff - 407
