Hello Aspirant.
As you've mentioned that you've scored 71 percentile in JEE main examination and also belong to ST category, then considering both the condition you might be able to get admission into EEE branch in some NIT or IIIT. You might not get this branch in the top NIT but would surely get any moderate NIT as well as IIIT.
