Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi is a private institute which offers admission to the postgraduate diploma courses in management. XISS admission is done on the basis of the marks scored in a CAT/XAT/CMAT examinations followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. The cut off varies for each exam and course.
