I am student of 10+2 (Non-Med.) studying from Chandigarh and residing in Punjab. Am I eligible to apply for MH CET 2018?Any center in North?
Yes, you can appear in MHT CET exam for engineering program.

MHT CET exam centres are only in the state of Maharashtra. There are no center in north.

As per the MH CET criteria, 85% of the seats in the state engineering colleges will be filled through MHT CET, while 15% seats in private unaided colleges/institutions of Maharashtra state will be filled on All India Quota basis for which candidates have to appear in JEE Main. So you can apply under AIQ.
The exam will be conducted at all the district headquarters in the State of Maharashtra only so no centres outside Maharashtra.
