I am student of 12science in Gujarat board and I gave hsc exam 2019can I apply next year improvement exam with ncrt. Please help me

Yes you can apply. But you have to start from 11th . If you fail in xm of any sub so you can start from 12th. Bt if you want to improve your result so you have to start from 11th again.
