I am student of ba 1st year in govt college with regular mode. but I change regular mode into private study in2nd year after the exams of 1st year exam of ba please tell us

No, this is not possible. A college degree has to be done as a regular candidate.There is no provision of becoming private student in college. If you have any personal problem due to which you will not be able to take admission then you should talk to your college authorities regarding the matter.
