I am student of B.A program. And I am want to PhD in library science my percantage is 1st year 41 and 2 nd year 45 I am alizable for job

Basically job is based on your skills and qualification than much focus on percenatge. So before aiming at Phd you should focus on improving your score as well gaing a lot of experience in terms of knowledge and skills.
Yes you can easily get jobs after graduation but that is not the focus. Focus in knowledge gain.
