You can study msc in chemistry from IIT ..but for that you can give the iitjam exam and score a good rank . It is a merit based exam. You have to give the exam with paper code CY. Only securing a very good rank will ensure your admission. But you should have maths as a subject in 10 +2 level.
The syllabus for the jam exam for chemistry includes physical chemistry, inorganic and organic chemistry.

see iit jam is the entrance test for admissiopn in msc courses in various discipline in iits. final year b.sc students can apply for iit jam, as you are b.sc in chemistry you may apply for m.sc in chemistry in iit jam. the basic eligibility criteria is you need to have chemistry in three years of bachelors courses and must have mathematics as subject in 10+2 course. for iit jam 2020 form filling is already over. the iit jam form generally releases on month of september.
