Hi aspirant,
As per the basic eligibility criteria set up by the UPSC, the board which conducts the NDA examination the candidates needs to have passed the senior secondary exam or should be an appearing candidate to write the exam. So you can't give the exam this year.
It also means your first attempt will be counted from NDA II 2022. Also UPSC applicants between the NDA age limit eligibility of 16.5 to 19.5 years, can apply online for the National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) 2022 exam so you also need to fulfill this criteria.

There is no age relaxation provided to reserved category applicants for the NDA & NA examinations as per the rules set by the Union Public Service Commission.
