Your qualification code will be 02 and not 04. Though you are pursuing your BDS, your Highest qualification is 12th. And BDS doesn't have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects and so it cannot be considered as the relevant highest qualification. So your qualification code will be 02.

As you are in the second year of your course, you are considered as a Pre- professional. So, your NEET UG 2020 qualification code will be 4.
This is because, you also need to submit the documents such as leaving certificate while registering for the admission in a college after you get one, that time, your present College will provide you the certificate. It can't be code 2 because, you are not considered a dropper anymore and will not be able to produce school leaving certificate now.
