Hey,plz help me.. recently I have changed my name through gazzete..can I fill neet form by giving gazzete notification proof instead of adhar no. And in 10th , 12th marksheet my old name is there
Did you clear neet ? Did they all you addition documents for name change or was it fine ? Were you able to take the exam ?
Siva, you will not be able to upload any additional documents than the ones requested for on your NEET application form. All you need to upload during filling your NEET application form are:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Thumb impression
- PostCard size picture
- Class 10 passing certificate
During the counselling when you have to submit your rest of the documents during document verification, you can submit the gazette notification and you will be fine. Do not worry about it.
