I am studying 12th .Iwanttoapply for neet.i changed my name after10th standard.so in my 10th marksheet my name is m.muthu Sankar and In my 12th marksheet it is sivasankar.m.m what should i do because only 30 days are left for application.but i have Gazette copy of name change.can i attach it toform

Hey,plz help me.. recently I have changed my name through gazzete..can I fill neet form by giving gazzete notification proof instead of adhar no. And in 10th , 12th marksheet my old name is there

Did you clear neet ? Did they all you addition documents for name change or was it fine ? Were you able to take the exam ?

Siva, you will not be able to upload any additional documents than the ones requested for on your NEET application form. All you need to upload during filling your NEET application form are:

  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • Thumb impression
  • PostCard size picture
  • Class 10 passing certificate

During the counselling when you have to submit your rest of the documents during document verification, you can submit the gazette notification and you will be fine. Do not worry about it.

Sam Moorthy Hi Sam can you please tell me with which name I should apply in neet as I am also in the same situation.

I have changed my name through Gazzette but in my 10th and 12th marksheet I have my old name.
