I am studying 12th standard this year and i like to join UNICEF.What can i do to join there?

Getting a job in any UN related organization is highly difficult and requires a person to fulfill a long list of eligibility criteria. These include:-
- Citizenship of a country
- Age between 28-32 years
- A University Master's degree or in the least, a bachelor's degree.
- Two years of professional work experience in the relevant field.
- A good understanding of computer based applications.
- Dedication and commitment to the goals of the UN and branched organisations.
- Communication skills and a fluency of relevant language.
In order to join UNICEF, a candidate needs to apply online through UNICEF's recruitment portal. There are many departments and fields that you can be a part of when working for UNICEF and the paygrade varies accordingly.
You should know that joining the UNICEF is not an easy task and requires a lot of determination and hardwork. But if you have those two things, you can definitely do it.
As for now, you can try working with AIESEC which is UN's Youth branch. This might give you the experience and add to your CV when you're looking to Join UNICEF in the future. Moreover, you gain a lot of experience and make a network of people that you can work with.
