As you has not given any examination of Bachelor of Science till now or just started your first year 1st semester in B.Sc with non- biology subject .Then, you can use code 02 which is on the basis of your 12th qualification in NEET examination 2020.
OR
If you have taken B.Sc course with biology subject then you have to fill code 05.

According to nta neet code 05 is applicable to those who are in
The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.
So according to the above guidelinesif if you have PCB then choose code 05 .and if you dont have PCB as subjects in bsc then choose code 02
