After BSc. you can go for MSC course(2 years). ALso there is option of Integrated MSC and PhD.( 3 to 4 years)

MSc Biotechnology

You can become a taxonomists, ethnobotanists, pathologist, palaeobotanistsm palynologists, geneticists, Weed scientist etc.
You can work as a lecturer in top insitutes or a research scientist in top Scientific Labs.
You also have an option to join Botanical Survey of India and other government departments of science.
