I am studying B.sc physics what steps now take to go ISRO
Dear Ayas, in traditional way to get into ISRO through studies, you can join IIST after your 12th or after your B.Tech. But to join ISRO after B.Sc, you can apply for position of Technical Assistance whenever there is an opportunity for the same. But to be a scientist at ISRO, you need to have a minimum of M.Sc degree. ISRO allows its employees to pursue part time courses for M.Sc and other programmes so that whenever relevant opportunities come into picture their candidates can apply. The ISRO Entrance examination is for BE/B.Tech Candidates and not for B.Sc Candidates.
Dear Aspirant,
There are vacancies coming in ISRO every year for various posts of scientists and engineers. However, you have to first did you MSc in order to appear for those exams. You have to first give the exam of ISRO and score the minimum cutoff marks. Then the shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview which is going to be a technical interview. The test is the hard part and the interview is the hardest. Moreover they prefer candidates with good academic background. So if your percentage is around 60 you might not get a job there. So if you're in your final year, then try to get your percentage right. If they are above 70, then no problem.
You could go to the official website to apply for the exam.
