I am studying BSMS,due to few reasons, I wanted to change my college for the 2nd yr, how should I do that??

Well its all depend on colleges both in which your studing in and college in which you wanted to take admission. For changing process your current college should provide permission for migration and for this you have to contact your college and needs to submit application regarding same.
