It won't cause any problem as long as you have signed it you will not have any problem. Your sign is most important than the date of the exam. If you want you can contact your college examination branch and tell them the issue. They will resolve it. You can find the contact details of the examination branch from your college website or you can directly visit the examination block in your college.
