Dear aspirant, Hope you are doing well. Asper the guidelines for sitting for the UPSC exam, there is a age limit criteria of 21years upto 31 years, so if you are falling in the age bar. For OBC age limit is 35 years. You can definitely sit for the exam after your degree is completed. You can attempt the exam every year but you must be careful about the restrictions on the attempts. As per UPSC guidelines, there are 6 attempts for general category, 9 for OBC and no limits for ST, SC.

The eligibility for appearing for UPSC exam, is , the candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. So, you are not eligible for UPSC. You need to wait till you complete your B.Tech. the lower age limit is 21 years and upper age limit is 32 years. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen and the no of attempts for General category is 6, 9 for OBC and there are no limits imposed on SC and ST categories.
However, you can start preparing for UPSC now. This will help you in future. You can start my solving some books and reading general awareness books, reading newspapers etc.
