I am studying class 10 in state board,are public exam marks important for me to get seat in jipmer?

Hey!
You are in 10th so you have a lot of time . If your aim is Jipmer then you should know that it conducts it's own entrance exams for admission there and 10th and 12th marks don't matter much except for a minimum cutoff.
