Right now you are in 12th so you will be appearing for your 12th board examination in 2021 and as per the eligibility criteria of uceed those appearing for their 12th board examination in 2021 are eligible for uceed 2021 and thus you are eligible

Also, to be eligible for uceed 2021 you must be born on or after October 1, 1996. If you belong to Sc or st category then there is relaxation of 5 years on age limit

Since you are studying in 12th currently and you are going to appear for boards in the upcoming year, you are eligible to answer UCEED 2021 that will be conducted in the month of January 2021. But, make sure that you have passed your class 12th boards during the time of admissions to avoid any issues later.

Yes you can write uceed 2021 and can attempt uceed for two consecutive years. Note that the scores for uceed are valid for one year only.
