JEE or Joint Entrance Examination is held for the admission in undergraduate courses at various NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs and is conducted twice every year.
Well for getting admission at NITs, Candidate have to score good marks in JEE Mains, however it is not possible to determine at what marks a candidate will directly get an admission because it depends on the various factors like,
- Difficulty of examination
- No. of students appear for exam
- Seat availability in Institutes
- Relative marks of students
But we can conclude a approximate marks by looking at the data from previous year to get a rough image of marks and ranking.
According to some previous year data cut off percentile for EWS category is somewhat 66-68 percentile, so if you score 120-130 or more than that, you will be able to get an admission in your desired NITs with ease.
