Reserved categories such as OBC, ST, SC get a exemptions in their academic fees this creates a difference between fees of general category students and that of candidates with reserved categories.
Sorry to disturb u once again. I'm from general category. if i have fees of 35.000/- per year i can study higher. Do u know any college in this annual fees? let the college be in any district or in any state that's not a problem but my annual feesshould be atleast that much im searching lot now i don't no wt to do presentaly! so i'm disturbing u lot sorry Can u prefer me some colleges for civil enginerring?
