I am studying diploma final year . can I eligible to apply for sardar Patel scholarship?

According to the official website http://nationaleducationaward.com/CBSE/images/scholarship_brochure.pdf , Sardar Patel Scholarship for those students who are in 12th and are interested in joining Higher studies for Engineering, Management, Architecture, Law, etc. Students who are in the final year of Graduation are also eligible for this Scholarship for Master's programmes. But this is not applicable for Diploma Students.
