I am studying diploma in electrical engineering . I want to know that can I get admission in one of those IIT'S after completing it ...?

Hello student,Yes you get admission in IIT but if you attend jee examination and able to get that much cut off rank and mark in jee mains and advanced.you have to clear both . In case you won't able to clear jee examination.so,you directly get admission in Btech 2nd year in any other colleges.
