Dear Aaquib, the minimum age requirement for you to appear for NEET is 17 years atleast by December 31st 2019. If you were born in 2002, you are eligible to appear for NEET 2019. And if your highest educational qualification is +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects then your qualification code his 02.
