For physics and maths cengage publishers are good.
For chemistry you can go through NCERT, R.C.Mukerji and O.P Random and modern ABC chemistry
I request you to read the limited number of books for physics u must buy hc verma for chem modern abc for mathematics rd sharma .after reading these books instead u will achive ur goal

For Chemistry :- NCERT is enough. Go for thorough reading of each and every chapter.If you want numerical chemistery then also go for RC Mukherjee.
For Maths:- NCERT, Arihant Previous Years and it's other publications.
For Physics:- NCERT and HC Verma.

You should first go for NCERT textbooks because information compiled in them are authentic and can never mislead you. And touch other books only when you are done with NCERT's.
