Hello Darshana :)
The information I have gathered from your question is that you are currently studying in 12th standard and you wish to appear for the medical entrance exam.
The eligibility criteria for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is as follows:
1. Your stream should be Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
2. A minimum of 50% aggregate is necessary in your 10+2 in the stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology) if you belong to the unreserved category. In case of the reserved categories, it is 40%.
3. You should be 17 years of age by the time of admission or by the 31st of December of the year of admission.
4. The maximum number of attempts is 3.
5. In case you hail from the state of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Jammu & Kashmir, you should know that these states have opted out of the All India Scheme. So, to claim eligibility for the 15% All India Quota, you need to submit a Self Declaration form online that is to be presented wherever required.
Hope this helps!
All the best.
