If your parents live there and have the residential certificate of karnataka then yes you have the chance to get colleges through kcet .
if your parents does not have the residential certificate then try to make it as fast as possible , it can be made in any nearest pragya kendra .
you have to do it as soon as possible , as the process takes time .
