You are eligible to write AP EAMCET, you won't face any problems.
Eligibility criteria:
- Candidate must be of 16 years of age .
- Candidates seeking admission in engineering courses, must be of minimum 17 years. Upper age limit in this case will be 22 years for general category candidates whereas for SC/ST category candidates, the upper age limit is 25 years.
- Candidates must have passed their class 12 exams from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, candidates appearing for their class 12 are also eligible to apply.

No, you can't write AP EAMCET. There will be no problem in application as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for AP EAMCET suggests that applicant/candidate should either be a National resident of India, Person who are card holders Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). Candidate should either belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or candidates must satisfy local/non-local(as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh ) status requirements.
