I am studying in Maharashtra board..and I want to give neet which totally depends on CBSE board.How do I prepare for both simultaneously?

You will have to focus on both as you belong to state board and NEET depends on NCERT syllabus. It is advisable to manage time properly so that you can focus on both and to make it more clear to you below points you can follow for the same -
1. Prepare a preparation schedule and follow it strictly.
2. Review previous year papers
3. Choose the right study material
4. Keep your basics clear
5. Focus on important topics more
