I am studying in Russia mbbs but I was failed in 12th class so I cleared it through nios so am I eligible for MCI screening exam..???

Hi,
The recent change in guidelines and the clause added by the Honourable High Court of Delhi permits the students clearing their 12th through NIOS for the various competitive examinations including NEET since 2018.
