I am studying in Telangana board in 11th class. I want to repeat 11th in CBSE board. I want to know if I will be applicable for IIT exam.

yeah sir
actually first you should clear the jee mains later on you should clear the jee Advance as well then you will get the IIT college the cutoff will vary from year to year and also category to category as well
