You can fill any of the modes of your choice that doesn't really matters generally the student fills the mode of preparation " self study" only

These questions are just asked for some statistical purposes they have no relation with your exam

for filling mode of preparation, it does't matter well my opinion. You can apply as self styudy as well. no problem.
