I am studying my class 12 from nios board and with regular schooling . so, will i be eligible to study b.tech in computer science from Germany ?

see the national institute of open schooling is a recognized education board of india, however before applying to any foreign university you need to check their eligibility criteria and qualifying marks details, since nios is a recognized education board and run by central government , students are eligible to take admission and many foreign universities accept nios certificate.
