I am taken admission in faculty of engineering lucknow university as my knowledge that is government collage
If you want to prepare for any competition per se , it’s a good one. You get a state university degree and ample of time to devote into studies , other than what is required for graduation.
Don’t expect any Freshers or farewell , though. You get enrolled in LU , give 3 Annual exams ( Bachelor of Arts ) and pass out with a degree! This is it !
Dont expect professors to teach you , each and everything . I must say the faculty is really good. The teachers are helpful . And they set papers of good ( very hard ) quality. You need to study hard , for even passing these exams.
Don’t expect extra curricular activities or cultural festivals or fest or rock shows though ! This ain’t Lu ( or yogi ) things ! But you can get into politics from Lu , if you want to.
Actually , don’t expect a canteen either. The canteen has tables and chairs of harappan age and flies all around. And they serve only samosa. In my three years of college , I only purchased Bisleri.
If you can compromise the fun part of college life and bury yourself in studies for some competition, go ahead !
