You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

Though you are doing BSc your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 as you don't have physics in your BSc

While those who are doing bsc and have all the 3 i. e physics,chemistry and biology in bsc needs to choose code 5 and those who have completed bsc with at least any two out of physics,  chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
