I would like to say frankly that there are no chance of getting admission in a government medical college because your score is very low. You may get admission in private colleges but it might vary you may get or not. I would suggest you to re-appear for NEET and score well
I would suggest you to study well the NCERT as the maximum questions are from NCERT only.
NEET is completely based on NCERT.

I'm sorry to say but you won't be able to make it to a medical college with 200 marks. Since, you haven't mentioned your category. For generals it's usually above 500 depending on the state you belong to. Still don't lose hope, try harder.
